Q1: Where is OUR FACTORY located ?

we are located inNorton, Harare, Zimbabwe ,our factory is on the right side of the main road from Harare to Kadoma(A5 road on the map), you will see“Sunny Yi Feng” signs even before you arrive, its a big factory, easy to tell. You could just search for SUNNY YI FENG on google map .
Q2: Where to look for SUNNY YI FENG TILES?
To protect our company customers we are not allowed to disclose wholesale prices online ,if you are individuals ,You could find Sunny Yi Feng Tiles from almost any Tiles Shop in the Town in Zimbabwe at best prices, please consult there .You also could visit Sunny Yi Feng retail shop outside of our factory's main gate . If you are agent customers from outside of Zimbabwe,plese contact with our customer service members for an appointment OR directly pay a visit to our factory .
Q3: How about our TABLEWARE FACTORY and other issues?
We are manufacturing cups ,bowls and plates and selling in and outside of ZIMBABWE. One box of CUPS contains 40 pieces , One box of Plates&Bowls contains 30 pieces . We also provide present pacakage with 6 pieces inside one box.
Q4: Do we have any factory shop in or outside of Zimbabwe ?
Right now we dont have factory shop in any cities except the retail shop beside our Sunny Yi Feng factory where you will see many trucks from different countries moving around .Q5: What is the difference between PORCELAIN and CERAMIC TILES?
PORCELAIN TILE is dense, impervious, fine grained and smooth, with a sharply formed face. It has a much lower water absorption rates (0.5%) than ceramic tiles making them frost resistant or frost proof. CERAMIC TILES are almost finished with a durable glaze which carries the color and pattern. These tiles are used in both wall tile and floor tile applications, are softer and easier to cut than porcelain. Its water absorption rate is higher (3%-6%).
Q6: How to test the WATER ABSORPTION RATE of tiles?
A simple method is to pour colored water (like ink/water) on the back of the tile, if ink diffuses, its water absorption is low. Another method, to touch the back of tile body, the more powder you got, the higher water absorption will be.
Q7: Can we customize our own cartons without extra charge?
Yes, friend. For the regular producing tiles, if you order more than 5000 Cartons per order, cartons can be customized for free.
Q8: What if customers received problem products?
Please kindly check the packages after you receive the goods, if you got wrong products/quality problem/ short quantity, please contact us as priority. Please noted that pictures of the defective items concerning to this is needed, and we will handle this problem immediately and effectively and we will consider to replace or refund accordingly.
